Ronald J. Nasti

Ronald J. Nasti, 59, of Lombard, Illinois, passed away February 29, 2024, in Clearwater, Florida.  He was born December 23, 1964, in Berwyn, Illinois, to Joseph and Edna (nee McCallister) Nasti.

Ron is survived by his wife Laurie (nee Oestreich); his sons Ryan and Brandon; and his siblings Cindy (the late Mike) Mesik, Jimmy (Mary), Michael, Shelly (Bruce) Myers, and Jeanne (Chris) Johnson.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Ron was a true Champion – as a husband, dad, brother, friend, competitor, and coach!  He will be greatly missed by his friends and family as well as the gymnastics community that he had such an impact on.  

A private service for family and friends will be held Friday, March 8, 2024, at 2 pm at Parkview Community Church, 764 St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn.  A private visitation for family and friends will follow from 3 pm until 8 pm.  

Saturday, March 9, will be reserved for members of the gymnastics community with a public visitation from 3 pm until 8 pm, at Parkview Community Church in Glen Ellyn.
