Obituary

Bertha A. Marrufo, 59, of Hanover Park.  Bertha was born June 23, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois, to Humberto and Guadalupe (nee Trujillo) Hidalgo.  She passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022, in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Bertha is survived by her husband Jose; her children Guadalupe (Jesus) Gonzalez and Ray Alvarez; and her God-children Jimena, Kelly, and Melanni Sanchez.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 3 pm until 8 pm at Bucaro Funeral Home, 485 W. Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois 60108.  Prayers Friday at 9:15 am at Bucaro Funeral Home proceeding to Church of the Holy Spirit, 1451 Bode Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60194, for Mass at 10:30 am.  Interment private.
