Carolina "Lina" (Buenviaje) Austriaco

Carolina B. “Lina” Austriaco, age 86, was born on January 29, 1933 in Davao City, Philippines. She went home to be with the Lord on November 13, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Carolina was the beloved wife and partner of Dr. Jose Austriaco; loving daughter to the late Valentine and late Teresa Buenviaje; fond sister to the late Consuelo Almazan,  late Carmen Buenviaje and Dr. Corazon Buenviaje; cherished mother of Teresita (Domingo) Lobo, Dario (Lilete) Macaraig, Agnes Almeida, Alexander Austriaco, Jerome (Aurora) Austriaco, Jocelyn (Philip) Mesina, and Jonathan (Sherry) Austriaco; dear grandmother of Randy, Nicky, Mikey, Cristina, Victoria, Teresa, Alexis, Ava, Jerry, Danielle, Isabelle, Elisabeth, Anastacia, Joshua, Jessica and Jonathan. She will be missed tremendously.

Family and Friends may gather for Visitation Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 11:00 am until time of Funeral Mass 12:00 pm at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Catholic Church, 920 Granville Avenue, Park Ridge, IL  60068.  

Burial will follow at a later date at Town of Maine Cemetery, Park Ridge, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Family of Carolina Austriaco.
