Geraldine M. Freundt, 92, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 5, 2024. She was born November 7, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, to Peter A. and Harriett G. (nee Ellsworth) Feller.
Geraldine is survived by her children Constance, Elizabeth (John) Cronshaw, Raymond Jr. (Roseanne), and Carl (Lenka); her grandchildren Thomas Miller, Savannah, Dylan (Alexis) Horbenko, Noelle Horbenko, Isabelle Horbenko, Jacob Cronshaw, and Chassis; and her great grandson James Horbenko. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Raymond C.; her twin brother Gerald Feller; and her siblings Alice (Edward) Bieler, Laurie (Charles) Hanks, and Richard Feller.
Geraldine was a bookkeeper who worked for O’Conner & Goldberg in Villa Park during the 1980s, and at The Lock Up in Bolingbrook as a bookkeeper/property manager in the 1990s. She enjoyed reading, writing poetry, drawing and going to Bingo with her sisters.
Visitation Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 3 pm until 8 pm at Beidelman Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington Street, Naperville. Prayers 11 am on Friday, December 13, at the funeral home, proceeding to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 330 N. Westmore Avenue, Villa Park for Funeral Mass at 12:15 pm. Burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Hillside.
