Loretta F. (Beauchamp) Grant

  Loretta Frances Marie Grant, nee Beauchamp, was born August 10, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Harold and Loretta, nee Hickstein, Beauchamp.  She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Grant; loving mother of Kenneth Beauchamp of Phoenix, Arizona; Yvonne Hardt of Worth, IL; Deborah (William) Boreman of Worth, IL; and the late Thomas, Timothy and Donald Grant; cherished grandmother of Billy, Ivey, Diana, Steven, Vanessa, Lauren, Megan and the late Rielley and Rachel; great-grandmother of Delilah, Ian, Chuckie, Lily, Kylee, Abel, Kailyn, Kendallyn, John, Jack, Leah, Ryan, and Braiden.

  Loretta worked as a dispatcher in logistics for several trucking companies.  She worked with LaGrou and Farley Candies then transitioned to dispatch for Patsy Bus Services to help transport the elderly.

  Loretta loved to joke and laugh.  She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.  She was a smart ass who loved sweets, chocolates and ice cream, gold jewelry, butterflies, Elvis, cherubs and Wal-Mart.  Heaven forbid you would pass a Wal-Mart and not stop in.  That would make no sense at all.

  Loretta was also an avid crocheter and she enjoyed her time playing in and running a Bunco club for over 30 years.

Family and friends are invited to join on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm for a celebration of Loretta's life to be held in the Anderson Hall at The Center, 12700 Southwest Highway, Palos Park, Illinois.  Anderson Hall looks like a red barn and is located on the east side of Southwest Highway, up the driveway at the top of the hill.

At 2:00 pm Pastor Jay Trygstad of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Worth will lead a Memorial Service.  This will be a focal point of the day.  Please attend if you can.
